President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev reported on his page on the social network X about a telephone conversation with his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron.

In the publication of the Azerbaijani leader it is said: "Today President Emmanuel Macron called me. During the telephone conversation we considered issues on the agenda of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and France and exchanged opinions on topics of mutual interest.

We also discussed regional and global processes."
